Sebut betul-betul...GU..GEL..HUPF!..Lawak btui bahasa jerman ni. Gugelhupf ni bukan apa, cuma a type of cake form that originates from europe. Ala yang bentuk dia cam one big fat donut tu. Kalau tak silap, in english its called bundt cake. Bahasa melayu..hmm..ada sapa2 boleh tolong saya?
I got a new set of cake tin, so I was determined to bake a cake. After hours searching for a recipe, I found an easy peasy marble cake recipe that actually work. Perfect for baking amateur like me. I'm keeping this one in my recipe book.

My first ever Marble cake baked in my brand new Gugelhupf cake tin, we ate this for breakfast with coffee. Sedap, but mamak said the vanilla smell was too overpowering. Probably because I used sugar that already smell like vanilla (I usually put used up vanilla pod in my sugar), pastu kita tambah pulak vanilla powder for the cake. (One more prove that I never follow instructions 100%. My family had always had a problem with that..hehehe). Memang la wangi sangat kek ni.Tapi, kita amat berpuas hati dengan hasilnya.
