Ice cold Berlin - Part 1

Mamak&Mami nak ajak blogreaders sightseeing lagi. This time to Berlin!..

Jom gi visit Reichstag dulu.
Reichstag ni tempat Minister dan Members of the 'Parlament' meet, make laws or discuss political issues.

The alleys are frozen and it -4°C al the way.

We first had a small breakfast at the café upstairs.

 This is the rebuilt dome on the Reichstag building, which was destroyed at the WW2.

You can walk around the dome to the top and watch Berlin from above.

The 'Parliamentery' office that sits before the river Spree, which was frozen.

The famous Brandenburger Tor.
It is a part of a border that divided East and West Germany from 1945-1990.

A memorial build to remember the fallen Jewish people at the World War 2.

Wow...Berlin is beautiful. I always wanted to go to Europe including Germany. But I'm married to a guy who refuses to go to non-english speaking country unless we know somebody or has somebody to guide us while we're there. Oh that, and the money thing. hahaha.
I need pintu suka hati doraemon.

Wahhh icy Berlin, I was there almost 8 years ago masa baru lepas kahwin and it was during Worldcup, masa tu summer tapi. I found the city was a bit 'rough' tapi i had this strong emotional effect on the history behind the city. Chewahhh..but betul kalau pi city lain tak rasa macam tu. Again, suka gambar2 tu suma!!

hehe...mmg pun susah sikit kalau travel to non english speaking countries nih, tambah2 germany where even in the tourist spots no english are spoken..hehe..money thing is relativ, travelling in germany is 'Relatively' cheaper than travelling in UK or Swiss..and oh!..I need pintu suka hati doraemon too...bleh I balik mesia suka2 hati I...

yes2! rough is the right word..brutal history but very emotional...I guess Berlin ni lagi cantik in Summer..*sigh* jodoh I ngan berlin slalu time winter..insya Allah next time..kalau ada rezeki nak tgk berlin under the sunlight..;p
