Bihun Tomyam Seafood

Kalau mamak makan tomyam alamat berpeluh-peluh dahi dan mukanya menjadi teramatlah merah. Hidung tu takyah ckplah, memang berair but he loves it.

Nasib baik Tomyam senang nak buat, lagipun paste tomyam senang nak beli kat sini. Boil water taruk paste, campak lemongrass (bukan blogger Kak LG tu ye!), more cili padi and daun limau purut. Then I campak any vegie yang ada dan sesuai. After that campak udang dan fishballs. Season to taste and serve with bihun. This is my way of making tomyam, I know there are those who makes tomyam from scratch which will taste so much better because of the fresh ingredients. As said, some of the ingredients are hard to find here, so I'm thankful for tomyam paste or cubes!

wah babe ko skrg makin bertambah rajin memasak ahh! aku ni time rajin aku humban macam2 nak masak bila malas adoi nak minum air pon malas haaa..babe sane snow turun lg ke niari??sini da start balik daaa. aku nak kuar pon malas nak sarung baju tebal2..tapikan mmg kene la hang buat tomyam makan time sejuk2 ni..aku td buat sambal jek..cicah makan ngn timun btg lg okeyh! hahaha

takde la rajin, bosan dok sesaja..tangan aku ni gatai nak memasak..tomyam tu aku kerap buat sebab senang..huhu..
tmpt orang lain dah siap ribut2 salji, kat kampung aku nih baru harini salji turun..haha..
