Yesterday we ate salmon en croute again. Why? Sbb puff pastry dah sampai tarikh luput yesterday..haha. Ushar² dalam peti, our mozzarella pun dah nak basi. So instead of making the normal one with cremé fraiché, I used mozzarella.
I seasoned the mozzarela tu intensively before lining them on the salmon fillet because mozzarela cheese can taste a tiny bit neutral.
makan panas² so that the cheese is still gooey...served with stewed carrots with tomatoes..YUM!
