Since Wiesenhof ada mengeluarkan produkt2 yang halal, saya terpanggil untuk menghubungi mereka mengenai produkt2 lain yang mungkin halal. Ini adalah sebab, ada beberapa produkt yang berlabelkan halal, ada yang tidak berlabel halal. Oleh itu saya ada menghantar email kepada Kundenservice mereka untuk bertanya dengan lebih lanjut.

mein Name ist Mithalina Sabaruddin und kaufe oft Produkte von Wiesenhof. Ich bin Muslimin und ich habe mich sehr gefreut, als Wiesenhofs HALAL Hühnerfleisch auf dem Markt kam. Ich wollte fragen ob alle Produkte von Wiesenhof HALAL sind. Ich habe bemerkt, dass manche Produkte von Wiesenhof nicht mit HALAL-Siegel versiegelt sind, zum Beispiel die Ente(TK) und die frische Putenfleisch. Sind solche Produkte auch HALAL?
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität von Wiesenhofsprodukte und hoffe dass, mehr neue HALAL-Produkte im Zukunft auf dem Markt kommen würde. Your information on this will be very helpful for me.

Die Identitätskennzeichen finden Sie in einem Oval auf der Verpackung.
Die Halal-Schlachtung unserer Hähnchen und Puten erfolgt nach den Vorgaben des Europäischen HALAL-Instituts in Hamburg. Die Halal-Schlachtung der Enten ist durch das islamische Zentrum in Aachen zertifiziert. Dabei wird akzeptiert, dass die Tiere vor dem Entbluten entsprechend der deutschen Tierschutzvorgaben ruhig gestellt (betäubt) werden. Der Schlachter ist Muslim, durch die Zertifizierungsstelle ausgewählt, und er spricht dabei die für die Halal-Schlachtung vorgesehenen Verse. Die WIESENHOF Geflügelschlachtereien sind natürlich reine Geflügelbetriebe und die Endprodukte frei von Schweinefleisch oder Alkohol.

So I hope this is helpful for those who seek halal poultry in germany. I am aware that there are many rigidity to define halal slaughtering and please do decide for yourself for I am only sharing this information with the best of intentions.This information is dated back to September 2008, if anything you can always contact the customer service per email or telephone, they are very helpful.

Anyway my dear, thank you for all your effort to write the letter to Wiesenhof. I should have done it long time ago, but I guess sebab kat Stuttgart ni ada banyak butcher halal & takde perasaan ragu2 or was2 bila nak membeli. Vielen Dank for the great info, i will share them with my muslim friends here. Sekarang jugak nak print surat ni. I also heard something stupid, tak hingat sapa bagitau, yang kalau bende tu ada zertifikat halal, orang jerman tak nak beli sbb macam takde quality sbb orang Turkey yang produce, how lame is that. Sebab tu depa takut bende semua tu tak laku kalau tampal cap halal kat situ. Entahlah ...anyway, thank you again Mami. I can now membeli ayam & ente Wiesenhof tanpa rasa was was!! Take care!!

dulu2 I lived in a small kampung where halal poultry is very hard to get,kalau nak beli ayam kene beli kat kaufland....tu yang semangat tulis surat kat wiesenhof tu....hehe..
btw, i have read about them saying the poultry is worse of quality just because ada cop halal, which is utterly nonsense, depa produce under german standard (which i heard, their slaughterhouse is so sterile that you could operate a human in there..haha), its even bio..tapi mahal la sikit compare ngan other brands..

Salam Mami..ni Kak Rifina again fr Hannover yg tak berapa reti bahasa German lagi. To sum it all up boleh la beli itik Wiesenhof tu even yg tak ada cop Halal tu right? Jenuh cari yg ada cop tu tapi tak ada, yg jumpa ayam jer. Tak sabar nak try roast duck recipe your MIL. Thank u so much Mami.

to sum it up...
1. Ayam dan ayam belanda disembelih mengikut guideline Insitut Halal Eropah di Hamburg. So they have the halal stamp.
2. Itik pulak disembelih cara Islam mengikut guideline yang diiktiraf oleh islamische Zentrum in Aachen, where it is accepted to slaughter with anaesthetization (since in Germany ni it is by law to sembelih itik with anaesthetization), penyembelih adalah muslim, menyebut bismillah dan darah dibiarkan mengalir selepas penyembelihan.
3. All products of Wiesenhof is pure poultry and free from traces of pork and alcohol..

Yes dear...malam ini juga akan kupergi beli itu itik Wiesenhof tu, perap overnight dan roast for dinner esok lepas balik dari office. Thk u dear for making it possible...kalau tidak meleleh ayaq liyoq jer la tengok.
