Chocolate Chunk Cookies

I'm back in school. Not much done today, cuma printing scripts sana sini. Got my first lab date today and kena start preparing lah. Did a bit of reading, sorted out the bunch of paper and now ada time sikit ni so I thought I use it to update my blog.

Yesterday, I made these chocolate chips cookies, niatnya nak bawak ke skolah la for my quick breakfast days. True I can just buy some ready made cookies, but I think homemade ones are the best. We still have some chocolate left from chrismas (hahah..yes we do!) that I 'chunked' in small pieces and I had a little time yesterday, so I guess why not?

I made half a batch which equals to 10 large cookies. Waah..masa cookies ni in the oven, the whole flat smelled so good. The moment these cookies are cold enough to handle, Mamak dah jenguk-jenguk dah kat dapur, wondering if he could have some...haha.

First both of us tried a piece... and then another. By the time I wanted to pack it up for school, I had only five pieces left. Muahaha..tak senonoh btui la...

Here's the recipe. Its a keeper. I'm totally addicted to it but I have to control myself!..
