Akibat dok layan Japanese Drama dua tiga hari lepas terus naik selera nak makan sushi. So semalam, I took my own sweet time making this japanese dinner, its really my kitchen therapy. . :)
Ada filling surimi, timun dan salmon.
I made one normal sushi rolls and two inside-out sesame rolls.
Salmon sushi with wasabi under the salmon layer.
Semalam pegi pasar dapat beli fresh salmon so bleh la nak buat sashimi. This is my amateur attempt of Salmon Sashimi, served with Daikon Radish.

Yang ni pulak Tuna Teriyaki, seared Tunafish steak and glazed with Teriyaki sauce. I used frozen tuna saja, but still so yummy.
We ate all this with Soya sauce, Wasabi and Gari (pickled ginger slices).
Okaylah, thats it.

Wahhhh.... cantik cantik the Japanese fest in your kitchen. The tuna looks so tempting especially when you can still see the rare bit inside :-)

thanks so much, dah banyak kali I tried buat sushi, this time baru menjadi bebetul..yang tuna tu, I tgk orang buat kat tv..terus try..yang rare bits tu buat tuna tu sedap kan..so yummy..hehe

I wish I can make sushi, but living in landlocked state makes me wary of buying "fresh" fish here. Most of the tuna sold at our fresh section are actually previously frozen.
Wahhhh hebatttnya Mami, terliur dah ni!! Fasha belum cuba lagi buat Sushi lagi. Asyik pi keluar makan Sushi aje kat city dengan hubby. Last week aje 2 kali pi! Tak tahu bila lah datangnya teringin nak buat. Love love japanese food!!

its hard to get fresh fish here where I live too..so everytime I get the chance, I will buy some..so worth it..if not makan frozen fish sajala..:D

aduhai...geramnya tgk ur sushi. Sy suka makan sushi gak tapi nak buat malas. Yg dah siap jual lak, mahal! Haih...cam kena berusaha gak buat sushi ni.
