Thyme Loaf and Chili con Carne

Semalam buat roti ni Thyme Loaf, basically guna resepi Mat Gebu tapi tukar-tukar sikit. Thanks Encik Mat Gebu, resepi yang kat website tu memang sangat reliable dan tidak pernah mengecewakan. 

Thymian Laib

It was suppose to be Onion and Rosemary Bread but I used thyme instead. This is my second time using this recipe, so ingat nak tukar citarasa sikit lah.

Thymian Laib

Thin crispy crust and dalam dia lembut walaupun tak pakai bread improver or softener. The best part is time keluar dari oven. Pergh..wangi.

Chilli con Carne

Kami makan the Thyme Loaf with this Chili con Carne. Jangan tanya resepi naa sebab kami guna rencah instant Knorr saja. Easy peasy.

Rajinnya buat roti! Gebu sangat rupanya. Fasha memang tak suka buat roti sebab tak pernah nya menjadi and the old oven in the house doesnt help too. You make me want to make chili this weekend! Dah lama tak buat!Have a nice weekend dear!!

I pun ikut mood saja nak buat roti ni, tapi sedap kalau fresh from the oven ni...yum!

Chili tu pulak menu mamak time dia bujang dulu..haha..he said almost every week dia makan chili sbb senang nak masak..hehe..pakai knorr je kan..hehe..

Hi dear, you should try to make it from scratch, nak dekat sama macam bolognese cuma add powder spices tu. hehe Fasha pulak nak try knorr macam Mami, skali skala guna instant best jugak kan!

dah lama teringin nak buat chili from scratch..hehe..maybe I will, one day..haha...tapi packet stuff is soo easy...:P
