Sini pagi lagi nih, baru pukul 9. Mamak pun baru pegi kerja. Tak banyak cerita baru, so jom layan gambar..
Ni lauk lunch semalam, mamak panggil lauk ni black pepper ayam. Hehe..antara perkataan melayu pertama yang dia dah khatam ialah ayam, makan, kenyang dan sedap. Apa nak buat, dah laki bini kaki makan..muahaha. Anyway, black pepper ayam ni kami guna perencah maggi yang diimport khas dari mesia. Pastu kami tambah segala mak nenek sayur sbb kami ni kalau makan nasi, orang kata 'lauk satu mata' saja (kita masak stail student heh). So kalau satu mata tu kenala seimbang kan. Hehe..tu yang boh sayur-sayuran tu.
Yang ni pulak, chocolate banana cake, hari Isnin baru ni yang buat. Banana pun dah nak hitam dah, kita buat la kek. Usually, I will make banana bread (my favourite cake) tapi this time nak try resepi lain skit.
Kalau ikut recipe, this cake uses 400g sugar. Kita ni dok kata biaq btui? Macam banyak sangat ja gula, so I decided tu use only 300g and then tasted the batter before baking.
Original recipe guna ganache frosting, but rasanya kalau guna frosting tu, tak tahan lama kek tu. Ke ape? Since both of nak makan kek ni through out the week, 'terpaksa'la kami taruk chocolate glaze tu...hehe.
Sedap kek ni, very sticky and moist (the cake is sweet enough with 300g sugar for my taste) . If you are wondering whats the cupcakes doing around the Gugehupf, my cake tin tu ala-ala mini, so ada batter lebih. Nasib baik ada lagi kertas cupcake tu, bleh nak bake the rest of the batter.

meh kite tolong mamak wat ayat bahasa melayu..emm.. ayam iteewww sedap and kenyang for makan.. hehehe.. apepon, kek pisang bercoklat tuh sunggug menggoda jiwa ragaku.. fuh.
mami..i know mamak's malay vocab is more that those words..im sure he knows few other dirty words oso...muahahahaa

Hi, I ni pisang's die hard fan. Buat apa pun, asal sedap, I boleh menggiler. Smelly2 pun, pisang goreng will do; tak dpt kalu boleh meroyan, haha. I xsempat nak komen kat post pisang goreng u dulu sbb tenet kat rumah was like *??*#!. Mind if you share the recipe? TQIA.
