Salmon en croute. Nama cem canggih kan?...senang ja nak buat neh...
mula-mula beli bayam dalam kotak...
lepas defrost bayam, mix dengan sour cream, salt and pepper...
susun salmon fillets atas ready bought puff pastry and scoop the spinach on top of them...
cover with another layer of puff pastry (comei kan..macam bantai..hehehe)...
'fasten' the sides with knife and brush with egg...
bake until golden brown and serve with salad...
naturally to be enjoyed with your loved ones...

Hunny..aku baru buat dua kali neh, dua2 home made..puff pastry ja ready made, bab puff pastry tu aku blom khatam lagi..takpa kalau xsuka salmon,hang boh ikan bijik nangka..wakaka...
